DELIVERY
All UK orders are subject to a flat fee delivery rate of £3.95. Order over £55 qualify for FREE UK delivery. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days. Please be aware delivery can on average between 3-5 working days. We aim to send out your product/s in line with the timescale stated, however these are only estimates.
We are not responsible or liable for delays outside our control e.g. supply of our product/stock, postal delays, incorrect information provided by you the consumer. In the event of delays in stock supplies which may delay production of our products, we will contact you as soon as possible and take the relevant steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and we will arrange for you to return the product and send you out a replacement as soon as possible.
RETURNS
You have a right to return your goods providing you inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will then have an additional 14 days to send back the items at your own cost, unused, in the condition it was sent, and containing all its original packaging.
We will make reimbursement back to you via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
